  1. SERVICES PROVIDED

Living Water Plumbing Consulting LLC provides nationwide remote plumbing consulting, educational guidance, troubleshooting help, photo review, video/phone consultation, and general DIY support.

We do not provide on-site plumbing labor, physical repairs, inspections, code enforcement, permit approval, engineering services, or emergency plumbing service.

  1. NATIONWIDE REMOTE CONSULTING

Our services are offered remotely to customers nationwide. Plumbing codes and permit rules may vary by state, city, county, parish, and local authority.

Customers are responsible for verifying local code requirements, permit requirements, and inspection rules before performing any work.

  1. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

Plumbing advice is based on the information, photos, videos, and descriptions provided by the customer. Because we cannot physically inspect the property, we do not guarantee that any recommendation will solve the issue or prevent damage.

  1. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

The customer is responsible for deciding whether to perform DIY work, hire a licensed local plumber, obtain permits, shut off water, follow safety procedures, and comply with local laws.

If a problem involves flooding, sewer backup, gas piping, electrical hazards, structural damage, serious leaks, or unsafe conditions, contact a licensed local professional or emergency service immediately.

  1. PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS

Payment is required before consultation services are provided.

Consultation fees are for professional time, review, and guidance. Completed consultations are generally non-refundable.

If an appointment must be rescheduled, the customer should contact us as soon as possible.

  1. PHOTO AND VIDEO SUBMISSIONS

Customers may submit photos or videos for review. By submitting them, the customer confirms they have the right to share them and gives Living Water Plumbing Consulting LLC permission to review them for consulting purposes.

Any guides, checklists, articles, videos, templates, or other materials provided by Living Water Plumbing Consulting LLC are for educational use only.

Using this website or booking a consultation does not create an on-site contractor relationship, employment relationship, partnership, or agency relationship.
